Another week has passed with no response from the Turnbull Government following the Office of the Information Commissioner’s ruling that the key “Hansardgate” letter be released.
This is a matter where Malcolm Turnbull could show strong leadership and demand his Deputy, Barnaby Joyce release the letter.
The longer the Turnbull Government continues to hide the letter and protect Barnaby Joyce who is under immense electoral pressure in his own seat of New England, more we can only come to one conclusion.
That is, that the letter contains information that will be potentially damaging both to the Turnbull/Abbott Government and to the Deputy Prime Minster.
