Contained in this Info Centre section is information on services Joel and his staff can provide for you. 
 
Congratulatory Messages can be provided for you or a loved one for a significant birthday or wedding anniversary. Messages can be provided from the Prime Minister, Governor General or The Queen, depending on the circumstances.
 
Flags and National symbols can be requested for students travelling overseas, or for non-profit community organisations. If you are planning to travel overseas and represent Australia, or are a student visiting another country on exchange, Joel’s office staff can organise a travel pack to take with you. 
 
Local non-profit community groups can also apply for an Australian, Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander flag. If you would like a travel pack or a flag please call the office on 4991 1022.
 
Grants are available for individuals or organisations from various federal, state and local governments.
 
Information Kits on the services and payments available from the Federal Government can be provided to residents on a range of issues. You can request the following kits

  • Veterans' Affairs Kit
  • School Leavers Kit
