Federal Member for Hunter Joel Fitzgibbon congratulated Telstra today for responding to his call for further investment in ADSL Broadband.

“I’m happy to announce that Telstra has just released approximately 90 additional ADSL ports for residents in Branxton and I thank the Company for that,” he said.

“I’ll continue to work with Telstra to ensure ADSL broadband continues to expand in those areas identified through my online petition, which still have a considerable period to wait before Tony Abbott’s second rate NBN arrives,” he said.

“I am determined to make ADSL broadband a reality for all people in the Hunter electorate,” he said.
