TWO SCHOOLS RECEIVE CAPITAL GRANTS FUNDING

St Philip’s Christian College Cessnock and All Saints College Lochinvar will receive funding under the Australian Government’s Capital Grants Programme(CGP).

The CGP provides funding for non-government school communities to assist non-government primary and secondary schools to improve capital infrastructure where they otherwise may not have access to sufficient capital resources.

St Philip’s Christian College will receive $750,000 to construct a number of learning spaces as well as reception areas, offices, amenities, staff areas, sick bay and storerooms.

All Saints College will receive just over $2.4 million to construct a multi-purpose hall.

These funds will ensure students at All Saints Lochinvar and St Philip’s Cessnock have the infrastructure necessary to help them get the most out of their time at school.
