SOME PROGRESS BEING MADE ON TOWN BY-PASSES

With the fight for the Hunter Expressway behind us, the battle for further desperately needed work up the Valley continues

The $45 million and $10 million allocated in Labor's last Budget for Scone and Muswellbrook have been retained in the new Government's first Budget. That's good news but the challenge to secure more money remains.

The RMS has now completed its feasibility study for a Singleton by-pass and it concludes the project is feasible.  A route study will now be needed.

It's slow progress but encouraging.  I will continue to take up the fight for all of these projects and the money required to complete them.
