Another week has passed but still no Agriculture White Paper.
No official excuse from Barnaby Joyce, however the blame may lie with “No Show Joe” who missed this week’s Expenditure Review Committee (ERC) meeting. It has been reported that due to the Treasurer’s absence, the meeting was cut short and the Agriculture White Paper was not discussed.
Another week, another weak excuse?
Farmers and agribusiness alike deserve to know when the Abbott Government will deliver policy direction and certainty to the sector.
